Time flies when you’re busy, don’t you agree? In the twinkling of an eye, my Jem is already 6 months old and has started taking her first solid, Holle Rice Cereal (from Germany) and Why Not?3 Fruits Cereal (from France) since 24/10, 5 days earlier before she turned 6 months old.
Initially, i was planned to stop breastfeeding her when she hit 6 months old, but today, in consideration of the strong bonding with her, i am still breastfeeding her. Actually i am pretty enjoying myself and totally like the convenience of breastfeeding. During our flight back to China on 1/10 (a short stay, from 1/10 till 6/10), i could have carried a light backpack without keeping her formula and bottle inside, and pretty enjoying our flight journey because i could nurse her anytime. She was an easy baby throughout the journey from KK to SZ, however, she cried a lot during the flight journey back to KK.
Jem has uneven eyes, the left eye seems more smaller than the right, for the sake of the prettiness, i hope the uneven eyes can get back to balance as she grows.
She is a baby who loves companion, the more the better. Moreover, she likes clamorous sound a lot because she would smile happily when either Jo or Eli crying or screaming loud there. A very strange habit she has..
Jem has outgrown her mucousy sound ever since she knew how to turn her body (16/8 started rolling from lying on her back to being on her tummy, 21/9 started rolling from tummy to her back), and her vomit time is getting lesser and lesser. She looks extremely energetic when she wakes up every morning, which is around 7am, and she will definitely produce those high-pitched bouncy sounds which can wake up everyone, so basically she is everyone’s ALARM CLOCK. But, she will look pretty ratty and will definitely demonstrate the shrill cry when she is tired or when i am late to offer her my breast.
Her eyes get blazed when someone wants to carry her out of her rattan cot whereas her eyes get mad when someone puts her back to her rattan cot. Apparently, she hates to be jailed. 
Jem likes to be held in my arms, she will response me with her cute babbling and gurgling sounds. Another funny scene is seeing her bouncing joyfully (20/10) whenever i put her in upright position on my thighs. She wears onesies all the time because mommy hates the ride up problem of the shirts.

She puts everything in her mouth, she will wail if you grab her thing away. She also smart enough to wiggle herself reaches out the “things” which nearby her. Apart from that, she seeks her own comfort by sucking her left thumb (26/10) and she amuses herself by lifting up her left leg (17/9) or sometimes by putting her left toes (2/10) into her mouth.
On 31/10, my mum has lowered down her cot level after seeing her trying to pull herself up. The action did wrack my nerves a lot and that’s too fast to see such a stunned action as she is only 6 months old. *sweating*
She has finished all of her first 6 months jabs on 27/10 and she is ready to go back to CN. Yeah, just can’t wait now!

Yeah, I enjoy bf too and am still breastfeeding Beanie (8+months). Can just go off to anywhere without having to worry if I got enough bottles for the whole day if we are out.

my barnabas has uneven eyes too…very obvious. now, no one ever know that one of his eyes was much smaller b4.
my 6.5mo have not tried any cereal yet. he does not even want his melted teething biscuit; he geli when we feed him. so he is eating multigrain with fruits which i cook for him.

Time flies and she already 6 mths old. She look alike Jo leh. Dun worry for the uneven eyes as my girl also got that when she is small. One with double eyelid and one dun but as she grow bigger she will get back to balance. Glad you still breastfeeding her, try keep on till she pass her 1st bday ^_^

Jem really looked like a Japanese and she is very fair. Haha…and put almost everything into her mouth. My baby XJ (1 year old) also tend to put almost anything into her mouth be it edible or not.

Don’t worry about the uneven eyes, girls change a lot as they grow up. Kaith had uneven eyes too but she looks perfectly alright now.
